Turning

Some of our 9 turning centers include the Okuma Captain-L470M, and Daewoo Pumas 700M, and 240M; all with live tooling. We can turn parts up to 42'' in diameter.

Milling

With 11 milling centers, and milling capabilities of up to 118.1" X 78.7" X 63.0" X 19.6" (4 axis) in a single setup, Brendell has garnered an excellent reputation for our milling work. Some of our mills include the DOOSAN DB 250CM, Okuma MCR-AF, and the Okuma Ace MB-66VB.

Inspection

We have hundreds of pieces of state-of-the-art inspection tools and tooling, all of which is tracable to N.I.S.T. standards; including the Faro Arm Platinum. Brendell is an approved vendor of The Boeing Company. At Brendell, quality matters.

Wire EDM Technology

Our AGIECUT wire EDM and AGIE Holepopper allow us to cut rare and exotic matierals with uncanny precision. Lack of conventional tooling means less cost and unprecidented repeatability.
